With the current frenzy of activity in how to make workplaces psychologically safe, join the people who have already been working in this arena for years and let's flex our brains together! Every Wednesday via Zoom at 12:30pm ACST / 1pm AEST.

  Our weekly "Virtual Gym" discussions this term will focus on the intersection between mental fitness and psychological safety in the workplace. We will also be touching on what it looks like to build a psychologically safe home-space too.

Join anytime, no prior knowledge or previous attendance required! These are casual drop-in sessions where the conversation is informal yet rich and highly informative.
