  Our weekly "Brain Gym" discussions this term will focus on how to use mental fitness strategies for improving quality of life, and having more fun at work and home. 😀

You can even join our online course, Mental Fitness Level 1, and get a head start on our topic before each Wednesday session. Not essential, but it's handy, informative, and free!
