Every Wednesday via Zoom at 12:30pm ACST / 1pm AEST.

  Our weekly "Virtual Gym" discussions this term will focus on information and strategies we can share to uplift and empower others.

Most mental health approaches push responsibility onto the individual. What can we do to create more collective and social approaches to wellbeing? What do we need ourselves in order to act as champions and advocates of mental fitness? How can we intentionally create safe spaces where people feel supported and able to be themselves?
