Dive deeper through small group coaching... 90 minute sessions which will teach you the best neuroscience and positive psychology content for your mental fitness, and connect you with a group of up to 12 like-minded growth-oriented humans.
Next ten-week program begins Tuesday May 3rd, 9 - 10:30am
Targeted, personalised coaching focused on your goals and individual challenges.
